もう三馬鹿三大メーカー(GM, Ford, Chrysler)はだめなんじゃなかろうか。

Traditionally, June is a hot month for auto sales, with dealers and manufacturers rolling out summer clearance initiatives in an effort to clear dealer lots for new models slated to hit showroom floors in the second half of the year.

本来なら６月は車の売り出し期間。ここでディーラーの在庫を一掃し、下期に2009年モデルを飾れるようにするのが普通。
