炭素税は違憲・フランス偉い

SF Examiner: French court rules cap and trade unconstitutional

フランスはこの1月1日から炭素税課税が始まるはずだったが、同国の裁判所は「違憲」と判断。
法案では発電所、公共交通機関、航空会社、農業、漁業、セメント工場、製鉄所、ガラス工場など実にフランス産業の93%が課税免除に。
結局、一般家庭や事業所に課税が集中する。ここがフランス憲法「課税の平等」に反している、と。
そして、そもそもの炭素税目的にも合ってないだろ、と指摘されている。そりゃ、大量に炭素排出する連中が課税されなきゃ意味はない。

だが、そもそも炭素税とか排出権取引（Cap and Trade)なんて必要なんだろうか？　この記事はおもしろい結びで終わっている。

France is not the only country who has voted down cap and trade. Australia voted down their version of cap and trade (Emissions Trading System) a few weeks ago, insisting that the right time to implement such a system is when it becomes part of the international trading system. There’s a good chance that when such a system emerges on the world scene, that it would be woven into the one world system, which will include a one world government, one world monetary system and one world religion, all of which will be presided over by a one world leader otherwise known as the antichrist (Revelation chapter 13). Interestingly, Australian Liberal Party Leader Tony Abbot thinks that an international trading system for cap and trade will only happen after America passes its own cap and trade bill. If that’s another one of those eerie prophetic warnings, let’s hope it never passes.
総量規制排出権取引(Cap and Trade)を否決したのはフランスだけではない。つい先日、オーストラリアも否決したばかりだ。オーストラリアは、このような排出権取引は世界的な仕組み作りが必要だ、と主張している。

そのような世界的排出権取引市場が生まれる可能性はあるだろう。だがそれは世界統一政府、世界統一通貨、そして世界統一宗教につながるものであり、いずれも一人の統治者によって統括されるのである。その統治者こそ、ヨハネ黙示録13章の反キリストであろう。

おもしろいことに、オーストラリア自由党のTony Abbot党首はアメリカが自国内の法案を通さない限り世界的な排出権市場は生まれない、と確信しているようだ。これも黙示録予言の一つだというのであれば、アメリカが排出権法案を否決することを祈ろう。

もちろん、この記者は本当に反キリストが出現するとは思ってないだろう。だが、フランス一国でも法案の本来の目的は曲げられ、一般家庭や事業所に対する徴税強化となるところだったのである。これが世界規模で動いたらどうなるか？　止めてくれる世界裁判所は（今のところ）存在しない。
