移民増加≠世帯数増加

アメリカは出生率が低くないし、一定数の移民を受け入れているから住宅需要は必ず増えていくという話があったけど、そうとも限らないらしい。

Multigenerational families in the U.S. are on the rise largely because of a tighter economy, according to census figures. About 6.6 mil U.S. households in '09 had at least three generations of family members, and that was a 30% increase since 2000. Now, 1 in 6 people in the U.S. live in multigenerational households, a study by Pew Research Center found.
